presenters

We had a great time at the sex and consciousness conference in Byron Bay.

We are passionate about the spiritual and sacred element of sex being explored at Sex Camp, as well as all the rest. Sex Camp is about the spectrum of sexuality in all it’s colors and expressions.

We spent the weekend hearing a wide variety of presenters and even secured a few to join us for Sex Camp too!

Liana Gailand will be presenting Occupy your Arsehole – an investigation into the bottom end of Bussiness.

And Avika de Vine will be presenting Conscious kink: Spanking, breath and ecstatic trance.

Both of their presentations at the conference we’re fantastic. They are full power people with a lot of skill, insight and knowledge to share – we are thrilled to have them on board!

We are slowly loading up and confirming presenters and workshops over the next few weeks – keep an eye on the website and subscribe to updates to keep in the loop :)

Australian Premier Film Screening:

Betty Dodson’s BodySex Workshop
Betty Dodson has worked with female anorgasmia, sexual dysfunction and genital self-loathing via her bodysex workshops and personal sessions for over 25 years. Betty describes her workshops as raising sexual consciousness. She is one of the few feminists to create a new healthy image of women’s liberated sexuality and works tirelessly in sex positive adult sex education.

The participants in this workshop documentary are Sheila Shea (the woman who assisted Betty’s early groups), Marisa Black, Liandra Dahl, Davina Ingenue, Sayaka Adachi and Carlin Ross. The workshop includes the group share about how you feel regarding your body and your sexuality; the genital show and tell where women, sometimes for the first time, show their own and see another adult woman’s vulva and vaginal opening; guided masturbation and then erotic recess.

“That was an exceptional event. Thank you so much to the organisers, participants, facilitators and location folk. From what I experienced the entire weekend was based on respect, learning and open-hearted sharing – I had some ‘life changing’ moments, ate amazing food (cheers Vegelicious), met great people from across the country and would recommend Sex Camp to anyone that dares to be challenged and grow” - Sex Camp 2012 Attendee.
